Kosarice sa mascarpone sirom i Ljesnjacima & Strudla sa mijesanim svijezim vocem / Mascarpone and Hazelnuts Parcels & mixed fresh Fruit Strudel




Mirisni i topli strudel od svijezeg mijesanog voca i kavica...savrsen pocetak dana.
        A tek kosarice sa mascarpone_om i ljesnjacima i caj...savrsen kraj radnoga dana..

Kosarice sa Mascarpone sirom & Ljesnjacima
  • 125 g mascarpone sira
  • 2 zlice secera
  • 1 zumanjak
  • 40 g przenih krupno mljevenih ljesnjaka
  • 1 zlica vanilija ekstrakta
  • 4 lista kora za pite savijace
  • 1 zlicica cimeta
  • 3 zlice secera
  • maslac za premazivanje 

Postupak:
     Kore za savijace prekrijte vlaznom krpom i ostavite 10 ak minuta. tako ce smekaniti i biti ce ih lakse svezati. Za to vrijeme, mikserom izradite mascarpone, secer i zumanjak. Dodajte ljesnjake i vanilija ekstrakt. Uzmite jednu koru, lagano ju premazite otopljenim maslacem, pospite pomijesanim secerom i cimetom te prekrijte sa drugim listom. Tako ponavljajte dok ne zavrsite sa korama. Zadnju koru samo premazite maslacem te nozem izrezite na 6 kvadrata. Na svaki slozite po 2 zlice smjese i svezite sa kuhinjskim koncem kao malu torbicu. Ako nemate konac pri ruci, mozete od papira za pecenje izrezati tanke trake i lagano svezati.
Pecite na 180C dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju,10,15 min. Pospite secerom u prahu.

Strudel sa mijesanim svijezim vocem
  • 1 veca jabuka
  • 1 kruska
  • 1 banana
  • saka jagoda
  • 1/3 ananasa
  • pola manga
  • 2 zlice secera
  • kore za pite savijace
  • maslac za premazivanje
Postupak:
      Bilo koje voce koje imate isjeckajte na male sitne kockice. Ja sam koristila ovo, koje sam imala doma a vi kombinirajte po zelji i ukusu. Jedino narance i mandarine nisu preporucljive jer su pre vodenaste. Dodajte secer i izmjesajte. Jednu koru premazite otopljenim maslacem i prekrijte drugom korom. Slozite red voca uz donji rub i savijte. Slazite sve u lim i premazite sve jos jednom maslacem. 
Pecite na 180 C 15,2o min, dok ne pozlati. 
Pospite secerom u prahu. Posluzite sa tucenim vrhnjem ili sladoledom od vanilije.

Warm mixed fresh fruit strudel and coffee...a perfect beginning of a new day.
   Mascarpone and hazelnuts parcels and tea for a perfect afternoon. 

Mascarpone and Hazelnuts Parcels


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 sheets filo pastry
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
     Preheat oven to 180C. Lay the pastry out and cover with a slightly damp cloth. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Lay one piece of pastry out on a work surface and lightly brush with butter. Sprinkle with the sugar mix, lay the second sheet on the top, and repeat with the butter and sugar. Repeat the process finishing with the sheet of pastry just brushed with butter. With a sharp knife cut 6 squares. Place 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone mixture in the center of each square and form a parcel.Squeeze tightly where the pastry joins. Tie a piece of string around the top. If you dont have one,cut laces from baking paper and tie it slowly. 
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden, 10,15 min. Dust with confectioners sugar.


Fresh Fruit Strudel


Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 pineapple
  • 1/2 mango
  • 2 spoons sugar
  • filo pastry
  • melted butter
Directions:
 Cut fruits to small pieces. Add sugar and mix . I used the fruits I had at home. You can use which one you like and prefer. Only try to avoid citrus fruits like oranges. They have to much water inside.
Take one filo sheet and brush with butter. Cover with other sheet. Spread the fruit short from the edge of sheet and roll. Place one next to each other in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden,15,20 minutes on 180C.
Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
