Cheesecake Kocke sa jabukama
i karamel umakom
Podloga:
- 250 g brasna
- 100 g secera
- 225 g maslaca
Sloj sa krem sirom:
- 675 g Philadelphia krem sira
- 150 g secera
- 3 jaja
- 1 1/2 zlicica vanilija ekstrakta
Sloj od jabuka:
- 3 jabuke
- 2 zlicice cimeta
- 1 zlicica muskatnog orascica
- 2 zlice secera
Sloj sa mrvicastim tijestom:
- 200 g secera
- 125 g brasna
- 40 g zobenih pahuljica
- 115 g maslaca
Karamel umak:
- 1 manja limenka kondenziranog mlijeka
Napomena:
- krem sir i maslac ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi.
- kolicinu za podlogu mozete prepoloviti. Dobiti cete tanju podlogu sto nece znatno utjecati na cjelokupan kolac i sloj sira ce vam vise doci do izrazaja ( meni osobno draze).
Pripremite kalup 20*30 cm, oblozite ga masnim papirom. Zagrijte pecnicu na 180C.
Za podlogu pomijesajte brasno, secer i maslac. Rukama utapkajte u kalup i pecite 15 min.
Na laganoj brzini izmiksajte sir, vaniliju i secer. Dodajte jedno po jedno jaje. Kremastu smjesu prelijte preko tople podloge.
Jabuke isjeckajte na sitne kockice i pomijesajte sa secerom i zacinima. Razbacajte ih preko kreme sa sirom.
Za mrvicasto tijesto, pomijesajte sve sastojke i prstima usitnite da vam mrvice budu otprilike manje od zrna graska. Pospite po jabukama i pecite oko 35 min. Ohladite i posluzite uz karamel umak.
Za umak cijelu zatvorenu limenku kondenziranog mlijeka potopite u vodu i kuhajte oko 40 min. Limenka cijelo vrijeme treba biti pod vodom stoga nadolijte ako ispari. Skinite sa vatre i ohladite zajedno. Mlaku/hladnu limenku otvorite i dobiti cete odlican karamel umak.

Cheesecake Apple Bars
Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
Cheesecake layer:
- 675 g cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 T vanilla extract
Apple layer:
- 3 apples, finely chopped
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
Streusel:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Note:
- leave butter and cream cheese at room temperature
- you can make the bars with half of amount for the crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine flour, sugar and butter until mixture is crumbly. Press into a 20x30cm baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and vanilla with sugar at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir to combine. Pour over warm crust.
Chop apples finely and combine with sugar and spices. Spoon over cream cheese layer.
For the streusel topping combine all ingredients. You can use your hands. When crumbly ( pea size) sprinkle the topping over apples. Bake the cake 35 min. Let cool on room temperature and serve with caramel sauce. I prefer when it's served on room temperature.
To make a homemade caramel sauce, cook a whole can of condensed milk for 45 min. Make sure the can stays under the water the whole time. Take of the heat and let cool together. Once cooled take the can out, open and you will get a delicious caramel sauce.
