Torta sa kokosom i cokoladom


Biskvit:

  • 2 jaja
  • 200 g secera
  • 200 ml mlijeka
  • 100 ml ulja 
  • 200 g brasna
  • 1 prasak za pecivo
  • 2 zlice kakaa
Krema:
  • 1 L mlijeka
  • 200 g secera
  • 7 zlica griza
  • 200 g kokosa
Ganache:
  • 100 g tamne cokolade
  • 100 g mlijecne cokolade
  • 130 ml slatkog vrhnja


Prvo pripremite kremu. Zakuhajte cca 800 ml mlijeka i secer a ostatak mlijeka pomijesajte sa grizom. Dodajte smjesu griza u vrelo mlijeko te mijesate dok smjesa ne zgusne, kojih 5 min. Maknite sa vatre i dodajte kokos. Stavite na stranu.

Pripremite kalup za tortu (23 cm) i oblozite ga masnim papirom. Zagrijt epecnicu na 175'C.

Za biskvit, izmiksati jaja sa secerom. Kada postane pjenastso, dodajte tekuce sastojke. Lagano izmjesajte te dodajte pomijesane i prosijane suhe sastojke. Istresite pola smjese u pripremljeni kalup i pecite 15 min. Izvadite i preko biskvita premazite kremu. Na kremu istresite ostatak smjese za biskvit i vratite u pecnicu jos 15-20 min. Provjerite cackalicom. 

Za ganache otopite sve sastojke i ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi. Ohladjenu tortu ukrasite cokoladom i kokosom.

Chocolate Coconut Cake




Cake:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil, sunflower
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 2 T cocoa powder
Filling:
  • 1 L milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 7 T semolina
  • 200 g coconut flour
Ganache:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 130 ml heavy cream



First prepare the filling. 
Mix 200 ml milk with semolina and bring to boil the rest of the milk with sugar. Remove from heat and add the semolina mixture. Stir until combined and put back on heat for 5 min more. When slightly thickened, remove from heat add coconut flour. Set on the side until cake is prepared.

Prepare cake pan and cover it with parchment paper. heat the oven to 175'C.

For the cake, mix eggs with sugar until nice yellow and fluffy. Add liquid ingredients and afterwards mixed and sifted dry ingredients. When combined put half of the mixture in prepared cake pan and bake for 15 min. Take out of the oven and spread the filling. Pour the rest of the cake mixture over the filling and bake for another 15 min. 

For the ganache heat all the ingredients on bain marie and stir until combined. When cooled ( on room temperature) decorate the cake. Finish with some coconut flour.
