Lazanje Torta od Tikvica - Zucchini Lasagna Cake





Ovaj preukusni recept za lazanje predugo mi stoji na popisu za isprobavanje. Napokon sam ih napravila i zao mi je sto nisam i ranije. Ne znam zasto mi se uvijek cinilo da ima previse posla oko njih. Ako mislite isto, uvjeravam vas da smo bili u krivu. Odlicne su! Prekrasno izgledaju servirane na stolu i tanjuru. Jednostavno jelo koje vam daje osjecaj svecanog objeda. Mozda upravo iz razloga jer su ispecene kao torta.. ne znam. Bitno je da su odusevile.. 


Lazanje Torta sa Tikvicama
  • 700 g tikvica
  • 350 ml mlijeka
  • 2 zlice brasna
  • 4 zlice maslaca
  • 2 jaja
  • muskatni orascic, papar, sol
  • 180 g gaude

Tikvice naribajte na tanke snite. Za skroz tanke snite najbolje ce vam posluziti noz za guljenje krompira. Moje iskustvo kaze da je najbolje tikvicu poleci na povrsinu, uhvatiti za peteljku i sa nozem prema dolje strugati tanke snite. Tako cete ju ravnomjerno stisnuti i dobiti cete cijele snite, bez da vam puknu.


Kalup za torte premazite kistom i maslacem a podnicu prekrijte papirom za pecenje. Ostatak maslaca zagrijte u zdjelici i dodajte brasno. Kratko poprzite i polako dolijte mlijeko, konstantno mijesajuci da vam ne ostanu grudice. Zacinite zacinima i kada zgusne, maknite sa vatre. U rashladjeni umak umijesajte 1 po 1 jaje i 2/3 naribanog sira. Ostalu trecinu sira ostavite za posuti po vrhu. Ako hocete, mozete ostaviti i vise.
U kalup slozite red tikvice, premazite umakom i ponavljate isti postupak dok ne potrosite sve. Zavrsite sa umakom i naribanim sirom. Pecite na 180C oko 30 min.

Zucchini Lasagna Cake




Zucchini Lasagna Cake
  • 700 g zucchini
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 T flour
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg 
  • 180 g gouda cheese

With a potato peeler make a thin zucchini stripes. For even and whole slices it is best if you put zucchini on a counter, hold it for one side and slide with a peeler down the zucchini. Like this you won't get broken slices.  
Prepare the cake pan. Put the parchment paper and butter the sides. In a pot melt the rest of the butter. Add the flour and whisk until pale brown. Slowly add the milk whisking until all the bumps broken and until the sauce starts thickening. Season and put aside. When the sauce cools add eggs, one at the time and 2/3 of grated cheese. The rest of the cheese leave for topping. 
In a cake pan make one layer of zucchini sheets and cover with the layer of sauce. Repeat until you finish all. Finish with a layer of sauce and grated cheese.
