Jednostavan i brzi kolac sa laganim i osvjezavajucim okusom limuna. Odlicno!
Griz kolac
Biskvit:
- 9 zlica griza
- 3 jaja
- 7 zlica secera
- 2 vrecice vanila secera
- prstohvat soli
Preljev:
- 4 zlice secera
- 200 ml vode
- 1 limun, sok
Jos:
- 2 vrecice slag kreme
- mlijeko potrebno za izradu slaga
Pecnicu zagrijte na 190'C i pripremite manji kalup za kolace 20*20cm.
Bjelanjke, vanilin secer i sol izradite u cvrsti snijeg. Dodajte griz i lagano, rucno pomijesajte. Zumanjke izradite sa secerom i dodajte u snijeg. Sve sjedinite i stavite peci 15 min.
Za preljev prokuhati sve sastojke. Topli kolac preliti vrucim preljevom. Dobro ohladiti i ukrasiti slag pjenom.

Semolina Cake
Cake:
- 9 T semolina
- 3 eggs, large
- 7 T sugar
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
Syrup:
- 200 ml water
- 4 T sugar
- 1 lemon, juice
More:
- 2 sachets of whipping cream
- milk needed for whipping cream
Heat the oven to 190'C and prepare a 20*20 cm cake tin.
Whip egg whites with salt and vanilla sugar. Add semolina and gently stir until combined. Mix egg yolks with sugar and add to egg whites. Combine and bake for 15 min.
For syrup,bring all ingredients to boil. Pour hot over warm cake. Cool completely and decorate with whipped cream.
