Ova torta ima vise 'jedna od..' stavki. Meni jedna od naaajdrazih, jedna od rijetkih koju sam onako usput uslikala prije nego sam pokrenila svoj dragi blog, jedna od najlosijih slika na blogu, jedna od onih koja nestaje prije nego ju do kraja ukrasim, ma jednostavno jedna od onih koju morate probati, jedna od najboljih! Coko Lady Brownie Cheesecake
Podloga:
- 120 g brasna
- 4 zlice kakaa
- 3 zlice secera
- 1 vanilin secer
- 125 g maslaca
- 2 zlice mlijeka
Nadjev od krem sira:
- 500 g Philadelphia krem sira
- 130 g secera
- 2 zlice ekstrakta vanilije
- 2 jaja
Brownie nadjev:
- 250 g tamne cokolade
- 250 g maslaca
- 4 jaja
- 200 g secera
- 60 g brasna
Otopite maslac i sa ostalim sastojcima zamijesite glatko tijesto. Rasporedite ga na dno kalupa, 26cm, oblozenog papirom te pecite 15 min na 180C. Ohladite.
Izradite krem sir i ostale sastojke u glatku kremu i namazite preko biskvita. Drzite u hladnjaku dok ne izradite cokoladnu kremu.
Na pari otopite cokoladu i maslac. Dodajte jaja, secer, mutilicom sve dobro izmjesajte te dodajte brasno. Lagano dobro izmijesajte te prelijte preko sloja sira. Pecite 55 min. Dobro ohladite i posluzite ovu divotu.
NAPOMENA: u receptu je naveden margarin umjesto maslaca pa mozete probati i sa tom varijantom. Ja sam radila sa maslacem.

Bottom:
- 120 g flour
- 4 spoons of cocoa
- 3 spoons sugar
- 1 spoon vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
- 2 spoons milk
Cream cheese filling:
- 500 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 130 g sugar
- 1 spoon vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
Brownie filling:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 60 g flour
Prepare a 26 cm cake pan. Line with parchment.
For the bottom, melt the butter and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Place the mixture in the cake pan and flatten it with fingers. Bake for 15 min on 180C.
For the cream cheese filling, mix the cream cheese with sugar and add eggs one at the time. Pour the mixture over the bottom and let rest in the fridge until you prepare the brownie filling.
Melt the chocolate and butter on bain marie. When melted add the sugar and the eggs. Whisk until combined and add the flour. Pour over the cream cheese mixture and bake for 55 min on 170C. Cool down at room temperature and let it overnight in the fridge.
It is best served on room temperature.
